A very excited group of dancers – don’t they look awesome! GOOD LUCK!!!
Aspen Class has been working hard to produce an amazing, not to mention moving, performance which is based on A.A. Milne’s poem ‘Spring Morning’. Thanks to the wonderful Mrs Turner for creating this fantastic ensemble!
How goes the work?
Parents and Carers – Don’t forget to go onto the school gateway to reserve your tickets for the EYFS production.
Rehearsals have been getting well under way for the Year 4 production next week. Mrs Turner is getting the children in ship shape and showing them how it is done!
Both performances are next week with Aspen’s on Thursday 15th at 2:30pm and Willow’s on Friday 16th at 2:30pm. Please can we remind the parents that your child will need a plain black top and plain black trousers/leggings. Please no skirts or tights.
We hope to see as many parents as possible next week to support this great production and the hard work of the children and Mrs Turner!
Year 5/6 were visited by Balance Unity, who was a finalist on Britain’s Got Talent, during Feel Good Week. He showed us his dance moves and inspired us to enjoy our learning.
What an amazing morning! It was our pleasure to welcome Hemel Hempstead’s very own Taylor Goodridge (otherwise known as Balance Unity) to speak to the pupils about positive energy. Not only did he talk about the highs and lows of his own journey towards Britain’s Got Talent and beyond, he also showcased some of his dance moves and taught the children a few moves of their own. Thank you Taylor, what an inspiration!
Aspen Class had a great time with the Granny and Gramps Feel Good Dance session! We were hand jiving and twisting our way to a feelgood smile!
Thank you to all of the parents and grandparents who joined us for our dancing session!
We performed our ‘Food Glorious Food’ dance to the rest of the school this morning. We had great fun!!
Rowan class performed both the tango and the salsa wonderfully during today’s Dance Assembly.
