Good morning everyone! Due to the icy conditions this morning, when arriving at school, please use the following entrances:
Early Years, Year 5 & Year 6 – Please use the Early Years entrance
Years 1, 2, 3 & 4 – Please use the main entrance
Please make sure that all children wear sensible outdoor footwear with good grip today. We have worked hard to clear and grit paths this morning but the grounds are still icy in places.
Only 62 days until our Year 5/6 Residential to the Isle of Wight!

Due to adverse weather and travel conditions, Brockswood will be closed on Friday 2nd March to ensure the safety of all children and parents. Wrap up warm and stay safe over the weekend.
School will remain open this afternoon. However, there will be no after school clubs.
To ensure everyone gets home safely, parents may pick their children up any time after 1:15pm. Please report to the main office if you wish to collect your child between 1:15 and 3:15. The arrangements for end-of-day pick up will remain the same as yesterday: Years 1, 2, 3, 4 from the hall; Years 5 and 6 from Early Years gate.
We will continue to update our website regarding school opening on Friday throughout the afternoon.

Despite a sprinkling of snow overnight, school is open as usual this morning. Staff have been busy clearing paths to make the site safe. Take care when walking in and around the school grounds today.
