Acorns

We have had a packed week!
The children have been very creative, not only with their artwork, but also their scissor skills and writing.
We have been enjoying our new story, discussing what is fiction and non-fiction, investigating the different types of shark and what sharks may eat (including humans).
This weeks maths topic has been sharing, the children used their doubling and number bonds to equally share out items. Next week we discover the different positional language we use every day.
We visited year 3 today, the children were kind enough to listen to and read to the whole class. The year three children were extremely impressed with the children’s segmenting and blending. Well done Acorns!
