Pips 

Dear Parents and Carers,

We have had a wonderful time this half term! We have been learning all about Arctic animals and really enjoyed making our own creations, including tortoises and bears.

This week was Careers Week, and we were excited to meet some older children who would like to become Early Years teachers. On Friday, we had a special visit from Katie, Julian’s mum. She told us about her job as an illustrator and showed us some of the art she has created. We then had a turn at being artists ourselves by decorating and colouring stones.

Looking ahead
When we come back, our new topic will be Places We Visit. In our first week, we will be learning about the seaside, and our focus story will be Pip and Posy at the Seaside.

We don’t have any homework for the Easter holiday, but if we do anything interesting, we would love to share it with you when we return.
